‘Yoga for Stress Release‘ – New Online Yoga Classes.
I look forward to classes returning in-person very soon. In the meantime, I am pleased to be able to offer a new course of online classes.
I know that zoom classes are quite different to classes in person, but I feel it’s the next best thing. It is a great opportunity to keep up with your practice of yoga, breath work and meditation.

‘Yoga for Stress Release’
Every Wednesday, 6pm-7pm, via Zoom. You can also book an individual class for £9. All levels welcome.
Classes combine Gentle Flow Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation to help you feel energised and grounded.

Registering for the class
I use Zoom. If you don’t have Zoom on your device, you’ll be prompted to download a small Zoom application on your device during the booking process. In order to join the class you will need to register.
Just a reminder to please join the meeting a good 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
Preparing for your class
If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use a blanket or towel on the carpet. You might also like to have cushions, blocks or books for your comfort. Please also allow at least an hour after eating.
If you are unable to make any of the live classes, you will still have access to the recordings.
