‘Move to Meditate’
Wednesdays, 7pm-8pm, via Zoom (£9)
All levels welcome.
Classes combine Gentle Flow Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation to help you feel energised and grounded.

I use Zoom. If you don’t have Zoom on your device, you’ll be prompted to download a small Zoom application on your device during the booking process.
In order to join the class you will need to register with your name, email and number.
Just a reminder to please join the meeting a good 10 – 15 minutes before the classes are due to start.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use a blanket or towel on the carpet. You might also like to have cushions, blocks or books for your comfort.
If you are unable to make any of the live classes, you will still have access to the recordings.
