from 13th-15th March 2020 at the picturesque Prested Hall Hotel & Spa in Cholchester, Essex.
This Retreat will give you:
· a needed break from the constant treadmill of “doing”, to “simply being”
· a holistic approach to self-care and nutrition; and
· a Wellness Boost for 2020! For me, the best part of teaching both Yoga and Mindfulness,
is seeing people benefit in so many different ways, from the techniques of mindful movement, relaxation and meditation. I will be guiding you through all of these aspects during this weekend, and much more!
This Retreat will allow you to:
On Day 1 – RELAX & SPA with access to the Prested Hall Health Club and SPA
On Day 2 – RELAX & RESTORE with Restorative Yoga, Aromatherapy and Ayurveda workshops
On Day 3 – RELAX & RENEW with Mindful Walking, Meditation and Qigong
In addition I will be offering a complimentary 121 coaching session as part of your weekend!
