Gentle Flow Yoga helps you to:

  • Reduce tension in the body
  • Settle the mind
  • Rest better to Feel better!  

When: Wednesdays,

Suitable for: All levels
What to expect: Gentle flow yoga has an emphasis on ease in the breath, body and mind whilst developing sequences for increased strength and flexibility. Includes deep relaxation.

What to expect: A workshop to help you develop a regular meditation practice exploring the benefits of a variety of meditations and mindfulness approaches.
