    • When:  Wednesdays,
      8pm – 9.15pm
    • Where: The Redbridge Drama Centre, South Woodford, E18 2RB. Visit map HERE 
    • Suitable for: All levels
    • What to expect: Gentle flow yoga has an emphasis on ease in the breath, body and mind whilst developing sequences for increased strength and flexibility. Includes deep relaxation.

       Booking Policy: Whilst we understand that it isn’t always possible to attend every class within a booked course, to keep it fair for all students, please note that missed classes are non refundable and non transferable.

      Restorative Yoga 

        • When: Mondays, 10.30am-11.45am
        • Where: Wanstead Golf Club, visit map HERE
        • Suitable for: All levels
        • What to expect: Restorative Yoga is a quiet practice which slows things right down and explores longer poses and deeper relaxation.

      • Hatha Yoga

        • When: Every Sunday, 1.30pm – 2.30pm
        • Where: South Woodford Library and Gym, E18  2QS
        • Suitable for: All levels
        • What to expect: An energising Hatha yoga style class with an emphasis on core strength, alignment and balance
